This Privacy Policy administers the way Panin Sekuritas collects, uses, maintains, and discloses personally identifiable information collected from users (each, a "User") of the POST Mobile 3 app as registered on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

By accessing and / or using POST Mobile 3 app, the user declares that every data provided is valid. The user also agrees that Panin Sekuritas has the rights to obtain, collect, store, manage and use the data as stated in this Privacy Policy.



INFORMATION COLLECTION

Panin Sekuritas collects user data with the aim of providing better user experiences, as well as other purposes if permitted by applicable laws and regulations. The User data collected is as follows:

1. Information about the user, such as:

a. Name

b. E-mail

2. Data submitted independently by the User, including but not limited to data submitted when the user:

a. Create or renew a Panin Sekuritas account, including a username, email address, phone number, password, address, photo, etc.

b. Contact Panin Sekuritas.

c. Use services on Panin Sekuritas, including detailed transaction data, date and time of the transaction, as well as other transaction details.

d. Use features that require permission to access the user's device.

e. Information that the user provides while using POST Mobile 3

f. Any other information that the user chooses to send.

3. Information about the user’s device and usage of POST Mobile 3 (IP addresses, version number, geographical location, browser type, device type and operating system version, length of visit)



PERSONAL DATA USAGE

Personal data submitted to Panin Sekuritas are used (stored, processed, analyzed) for the purposes specified in this privacy policy. Panin Sekuritas may use the user’s personal information to:

1. Improve user experience, quality, and service of POST Mobile 3 app.

2. Send the user email notifications, for example related to site/app improvement, new features and content, market updates, news, announcements, or promotions.

3. Perform internal activities needed to provide services on the POST Mobile 3 app, such as solving software problems, bugs, operational problems, conducting data analysis, testing, and to monitor and analyze trends in usage and activities.

4. Access internal or external storage of user devices for use in, uploading documents and images and storing downloaded documents.

5. Access the security settings of the device to authenticate the biometric sensor registered on the device, for the purpose of logging in the application.

6. In certain circumstances, Panin Sekuritas may need to use or disclose user data for law enforcement purposes or to fulfill applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including in the case of a dispute or legal process between the user and Panin Sekuritas.

Panin Sekuritas does not use the user's personal data and information to be processed, developed, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.



APP PERMISSION

Mobile operating systems in general (iOS, Android, and its variants in this context) have specific settings which provides functionality so that POST Mobile 3 app cannot access certain data without the consent of the user. The iOS device will give a notification to the user at the first access request to the data, while the Android device will give a notification to the user when the POST Mobile 3 app loaded for the first time. By using the app and giving access to the app, the user has been considered as giving consent to the Privacy Policy.



INFORMATION DISCLOSURE

In addition to the disclosures necessary for the purposes identified elsewhere in this privacy policy, we may disclose information about the user:

While all confidential information is sent over a secure protocol, other data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.

The user are responsible for keeping his / her credentials confidential. Panin Sekuritas will never ask for any password or PIN number (except when the user tried to log in).

Users may find advertising or other content on POST Mobile 3 app which links to the sites and services of Panin Sekuritas’ partners, regulators, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. Panin Sekuritas do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from POST Mobile 3 app.

In addition, these sites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These sites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to POST Mobile 3 app, is subject to that website's own terms and policies.


In using any Third-Party Services made available, the user must agree to comply with and be bound by the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or other terms and conditions of the third-party service providers and partners. Accordingly, by accessing POST Mobile 3 through the said ‘Services’, the user acknowledges that he / she has reviewed and accepted the terms and policy provided for the app.
